Vuka is an Adoption Social Worker living in Rome, Italy. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati in 1998, a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999, and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2005. Licensed to practice law in New York and Ohio, Vuka has dedicated her career to advocacy and social services. Vuka began working in adoption, providing home study services to parents completing international adoptions, in 2017. Vuka has one adopted son and is passionate about assisting others in pursuing their adoptive dreams.

Michelle has worked in the field of adoption and foster care both within the United States and in Europe. She has adopted two children internationally and is herself an adoptee. Michelle has personal experience with both special needs and older child adoption. She has a passion for supporting families and adoptees with the social and emotional aspects of adoption.

Renee Rugile is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Hawaii and a Registered Play Therapist with the Association of Play Therapy. Renee has spent the last 10 years of her career supporting Families, adults, and children telling their story, developing a deeper understanding of themselves, and receiving support and guidance. She has experience working for community mental health, nonprofit organizations, and the government sector working directly with the military families for urgent crisis response care.
On a personal note, Renee is a Mother, wife, daughter. For the past 10 years she has been a military spouse, adventuring the world with her family. She’s an avid scuba diver, outdoor enthusiast, and has a passion for travel.
